COVID 19 INFORMATION
The Safety and Well-Being of our Team and Guests is our Top Priority
The safety and well-being of our team and guests is our top priority.
As we reopen, you make notice a few changes across our restaurant, so please bear with us. To help create a safe environment for all, we are enhancing our already high standards of hygiene even further. You may notice some changes to our normal service to ensure everyone remains safe, but you we can still guarantee a friendly welcome, and the great customer service you’ve come to know and love from Lakeside!
The Lakeside Carvery is open on Sundays, meals must be booked in advance by calling 01924 404 604 or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
Find out updates on our Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. Thank you for bearing with us!
We’ve temporarily reduced our opening hours and we will be serving a reduced menu for a while.
Lakeside has undergone deep cleaning. Thorough cleaning routines are also taking place regularly.
We’ve increased the frequency of our cleaning routines. Every table is cleaned thoroughly at the end of every guest visit.
We are encouraging all guests to use contactless payments to avoid the handling of cash.
We have introduced new measures to ensure that we meet government advice on safe distancing. We would ask that all our guests are respectful of this when visiting.
We’re delighted that you can still enjoy your favourite roast just the way you like it. The Carvery Deck will reopen with our chefs serving roast meats, vegetables and accompaniments to you at the deck.
Further changes we have made to keep you safe
Our teams have been working tirelessly to ensure we can operate safely and provide the same level of great service you’ve come to know and love from Lakeside.
We’ve compiled a list of questions and answers that will explain how our changes may affect your visit. These changes ensure we can meet the current advice from the UK Government to keep our guests and teams safe.
We would ask that all our guests are respectful of our outlined policies when visiting.
If you have any of the following symptoms, we would ask that you please do not visit us:
- Continuous cough
- High temperature
- Shortness of breath
We’re delighted to be open again but as we come out of lockdown and our suppliers gear themselves back up for service, some ingredients and some dishes may not be available. Therefore, the descriptions on menus may not always accurately reflect the contents of the dish.
The safety and well-being of our guests and team is our absolute priority. To meet current UK Government guidelines regarding safe distancing, at present, the maximum number of guests per table booking is 6. Thank you for your understanding and we very much look forward to seeing you soon!
Guest Number Limiting
In order to meet the current UK Government guidance on safe distancing, we have had to make some changes to our layout. Please make sure you speak to a team member before sitting down at a table.
